1 General Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Gamdom platform (gamdom.plus) and all its services. By accessing Gamdom, registering an account, or playing any game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Gamdom is an international online gaming platform operating under a Curaçao Gaming Authority license. These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time. If any changes are made, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the platform.

2 Account Register

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating a Gamdom account. Gamdom reserves the right to close any account registered with false or incorrect details. Only one account per person is permitted — if multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all of them will be closed and any funds or bonuses may be forfeited.

The security of your Gamdom account is entirely your responsibility. Never share your login credentials — username and password — with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

• Accounts cannot be transferred to any third party.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is prohibited.
• An identity verification request may be issued after account registration.

3 Age Verification & Eligibility

Gamdom is an adults-only gaming platform. You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. Account creation or use by any minor is strictly prohibited.

Gamdom may request proof of age — such as a national ID, passport, or driving license — at any time. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified timeframe, your account may be temporarily suspended.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

Gamdom supports Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and other major mobile banking services in Bangladesh, as well as cryptocurrency payments. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method.

When making a deposit, please ensure you are using your own bank or mobile banking account. Sending funds through a third party is prohibited, and any such transactions may be reversed.

5 Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw funds from Gamdom, your account must be fully verified. Withdrawals above a certain limit will not be processed until the KYC (Know Your Customer) process is completed. This requirement is mandatory to protect both you and Gamdom.

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days. Bank holidays or technical issues may cause slight delays. Our support team is available to assist with any withdrawal-related concerns.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are met

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Gamdom offers a range of bonuses — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and loyalty rewards. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions that must be read before claiming. Bonuses typically carry a wagering requirement, such as 20x or 30x the bonus amount.

The general terms for bonuses are as follows: after claiming a bonus, the wagering requirements must be met within the specified time limit. If the conditions are not fulfilled within the given period, the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided.

7 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games on Gamdom are powered by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is regularly audited by independent third-party auditors to ensure every outcome is completely fair and random. Gamdom does not manipulate game results in any way.

If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue or power outage, Gamdom will settle the round based on system logs. In such cases, Gamdom's decision shall be final.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Gamdom platform. Violating these terms and conditions will result in permanent account closure, and any funds held in the account may be forfeited.

• Use of bots or automated software: The use of bots, scripts, or any automated gaming software is strictly prohibited.
• Multiple accounts: A single person operating more than one account is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting system vulnerabilities to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Money laundering: Using the gaming platform for money laundering purposes is a criminal offence.
• Hacking or cyberattacks: Any attempt to breach the platform's security systems is strictly prohibited.
• False information: Submitting false or forged documents during registration or verification is prohibited.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

Gamdom reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions will result in

• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is identified
• By order of a court or regulatory authority
• In the case of accounts that have been inactive for an extended period

You may request to close your account at any time. Before closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance, unless any legal or regulatory obligations prevent this.

10 Limitation of Liability

Gamdom is not liable for any losses caused by technical errors, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues. While we strive to maintain the highest level of reliability, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime.

Gamdom is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through gaming. Gaming is a form of entertainment and carries an inherent risk of losing money. Please play responsibly and within your means.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

12 Changes to Terms & Legal Jurisdiction

Gamdom reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of any changes will be sent to your registered email or posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be resolved in accordance with Curaçao law. In the event of any ambiguity, Gamdom's interpretation shall be considered final.
